What we do
An ageing population and a rapidly changing policy and financial landscape is creating unique challenges for health and social care organisations. Improving Care supports those organisations in the public, voluntary and private sectors committed to improving the lives of vulnerable people. We seek to develop and spread best practice and to improve performance in health and social care service design and delivery.
We take as our starting point the needs and circumstances of our clients and work collaboratively to improve and develop new services that are sustainable in the long-term. We use proven methods of analysis, problem solving, planning and performance improvement. Central to our approach is our ability to translate policy into real delivery on the ground.
Services we offer include tailor-made consultancy to deliver effective change within organisations, transformational performance improvement, invest to save opportunities; strategic health and social care policy analysis and advice; personalised training workshops for boards, staff and volunteers; and policy contributions to forums and conferences.
We also offer insight and guidance on the political processes within Whitehall based on our combined experience of 20 years at the heart of government.
